Spot Color Process (Vector)

Spot color separation breaks your artwork down into individual Pantone channels. Each color gets its own clean layer — exactly as it appears in the original design. Nothing gets added, nothing gets moved. All work is done manually in Photoshop. Colors are isolated in order from lightest to darkest, which is the correct print sequence — so each ink layer sits cleanly on top of the one below without affecting adjacent colors. The result is a file where every channel is traceable, print-ready, and faithful to what you designed.

Precision-Driven Color Separations

We turn complex artwork into press-ready channel files. Every separation is built with ink integrity and production efficiency in mind — so your shop runs clean without surprises at the press.

Smart Expand
Each color channel is expanded outward by a few pixels to close any fabric gaps between inks at the print edge. The original artwork shapes are never touched.
Light-to-Dark Separation
Done manually in Photoshop — colors are layered from lightest to darkest. That's the correct print order so each ink stacks clean on the one below.
